RICS LEVEL 3 HOME SURVEY
Previously referred to as a 'Full Structural Survey'

Level 3 Home Surveys is a product aimed for the older, wrinkled, more characterful type of property. As with typical construction methods and standards of their time, these types of houses have their issues which need to be understood by their occupants. Level three inspections provide a more detailed report, providing more in-depth repair and maintenace advice as well as an indicative cost repair estimates .
